Vision Direct Promotes Its New Video Campaign

Vision Direct is promoting its campaign to sell more contact lenses by using the hashtag, #TryContacts - and a video series.

Vision Direct has produceed a new series of videos for its new campaign, which is being promoted on social media using the hashtag, #TryContacts, and here on its new microsite.

The videos are meant to to inspire contact lense use. The short videos and GIFs show the many modern-life scenarios in which glasses can “get in your way.” The funny scenarios include Spiderman – showing how contact lenses improve the superhero’s look.
 
The videos are being promoted across the company’s multiple social platforms, including Facebook and Twitter.

“We hope this campaign will make more people think about the benefits of switching to contact lenses. Many glasses-wearers are unaware that they can buy contact lenses online and that they are an affordable option,” said Ashley Mealor, Vision Direct’s Chief Marketing Officer.

“By allowing consumers to engage with Vision Direct on social media, we hope to raise awareness about the possibility of buying contact lenses as easily as they buy anything else online.”
